Info on Mobile/Email alerts
Reasons for not receiving mobile alerts :
Mobile Number in DND(Do not disturb) Mode
Wrong Mobile Number
Mobile Switched Off
Mobile not in Network coverage area
Software/Hardware problems in Mobile
Resolution :
Please remove the DND(Do not disturb) option in your OTPR registered mobile number
Your OTPR registered Mobile number might be wrong. Please check the same and update it.
Please check the health of Mobile Phone
You can resend the SMS to your OTPR registered Mobile number for the maximum of two times using the
Resend Messages
option in
Alerts
tab in
APPSC
website.
Still if you are facing any issues, Please go for a fresh registration with another Mobile number in OTPR.
Reasons for not receiving e-Mail alerts :
Entered wrong e-MailID (Might be a typographical mistake)
Resolution :
your OTPR registered e-MailID might be wrong. Please check the same and update it.
