Info on Mobile/Email alerts
Reasons for not receiving mobile alerts :
- Mobile Number in DND(Do not disturb) Mode
- Wrong Mobile Number
- Mobile Switched Off
- Mobile not in Network coverage area
- Software/Hardware problems in Mobile
Resolution :
- Please remove the DND(Do not disturb) option in your OTPR registered mobile number
- Your OTPR registered Mobile number might be wrong. Please check the same and update it.
- Please check the health of Mobile Phone
- You can resend the SMS to your OTPR registered Mobile number for the maximum of two times using the Resend Messages option in Alerts tab in APPSC website.
- Still if you are facing any issues, Please go for a fresh registration with another Mobile number in OTPR.
Reasons for not receiving e-Mail alerts :
- Entered wrong e-MailID (Might be a typographical mistake)
Resolution :
- your OTPR registered e-MailID might be wrong. Please check the same and update it.
