The Regulations for punishing the candidates indulging
in Malpractices/ Misbehavior in the examinations conducted by the APPSC are notified
by Government of AP vide GOMS No: 385 of GA(Ser A) Department on 18-10-2016. Details
of the procedure to deal with cases of malpractice/misbehaviour are available here
link. In pursuance of the PME regulation, a malpractice scrutiny
committee is constituted to examine, conduct enquiry, if necessary and forward recommendations
to the Secretary, APPSC for award of punishment. Candidates for all examinations
are required to go through the regulations and avoid malpractice/misbehavour.
